We ship worldwide with MRW (SPAIN) / UPS (International)
All orders leave our warehouse at 2:00 PM any working day (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed outside this time frame will be sent the next business day.
Shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. The brand will not be responsible for these expenses.
If the country of destination cannot be found in the attached table, consult our Customer Service at email@example.com to check the fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
FULL PRICED ITEMS
Clō stories offers full refunds on full-priced items within 14 days (including weekends) of order receipt for store credit, exchange,
or the original form of payment.
Exchanges are subject to availability. All goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition in original packaging along original receipt and tags.
Clō stories reserves the right to refuse any returned item.
To process a return for store credit or exchange please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your oder number, name and request.
International orders must be returned within in 21 days (including weekends) for order receipt.
PROMO CODE ITEMS
Sale items are iligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days or order receipt.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Sale items purchased with a Promo Code are final sale. Sale items marked as "final sale" may not be returned.
Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to make a return.
Customer is responsible for the generated return costs. The product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included.
